Introducing Fluid Strength, a low-impact, full-body movement class designed to help you look better, feel better, move better, and live better. Enjoy continuous movement set to upbeat, motivating music while working to:

  • Increases range of motion
  • Maintains a healthy body composition

Perfect for all fitness levels — especially older adults or anyone returning to exercise. Fluid Strength combines mobility, coordination, and muscular endurance in a supportive, feel-good environment. Classes are offered at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday through Friday at Eastport Park. One class is $5, ten classes are $26, and classes for the month are $40. Your first class is free!

Stay on your toes while dancing to a variety of musical styles, including Country, Pop, alternative R&B, Classics, and more! Classes are from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesdays (Improver to Low Intermediate levels) and Thursdays (Beginner to High Beginner levels) at the Canyon Lake Lodge.

Classes are $25 for five lessons and $50 for 11 lessons. Your first class is free!

Heal and strengthen your body with our new Vinyasa Flow Yoga class!

This class introduces yoga for beginners, whether you're new to exercise, a workout buff, or returning to exercise after a long break. Find ways to create flexibility in your body through flow of movement that increases:

  • Blood flow
  • Focus
  • Intention
  • Alignment
  • Posture
  • Core strength

How-to sessions are included in each class to ensure each student understands how to perform each yoga position and why each one matters on your journey to healing.

Beginning Thursday, May 21, classes are offered at 7 p.m. on Thursdays at the Canyon Lake Lodge. On the first Thursday of each month, join a bonus session starting at 6:30! Classes are $35 for 5 classes, $60 for 10 classes. New to the class? Your first class is free!

Get into shape and join us for a fun water cardio exercise! This instructor-led class provides a great full-body workout in a friendly social atmosphere and is perfect for adults of any skill level. One class is $3.25, ten classes are $26, and unlimited classes (one month) are $40. Classes are sold at the Pool office.
